A dark debate

樂活運動瑜珈能舒緩我們日常不順心所產生的壓力。
Yoga, an easygoing sport, can smooth our stress resulting from the everyday unpleasurement.
瑜珈帶動的緩慢節奏培養我們耐性,特別是那些脾氣不好的人
Its rhythmic tempo is slowly which can culturate our patience, especially for the people who have a bad temper.
再者,長久的訓練對我們的身心有很大的改善。
And then, exercising yoga in a long run have an effective modification for our body and mind.
總之,瑜珈對健康非常有幫助,雖然我不是很感興趣。
In a nutshell, yoga actually do good on our health even I don't have a flavor for it.
