The theory of injection molding machine is according to the quality
of heat treatment which puts the material from the funnel into the barrel which
heated outside to make the material melted. There is a screw rotating with the
effect of the outer oil engine. By the screw, the material transits ahead along
the slot and is pressed stably. And then the material is gradually plasticizing, melting, and
average under the double effect between outer heat ring and screw-cutting. When

opposite effect of the material to make the head of screw form the storage
place finishing the plasticizing process.
However, by the driven effect of oil tank injection the screw speedy
and highly stressful injects the saved melting material into the mold container
through the nozzle. The melted material of the mold container passes through
keeping the pressure, cool treatment, and shape fixing, so the container relieves
the fixed product out by the removing device which the process is to assemble
the model sealed in a closed model case.
