I have a classmate,
one older woman who had provided me the present magazine to take the article
pictures. She told me that one of her friends has lived in one foreign country
who speaks English very well.
But she is really
a modern illiberal person; if you ask her to read one paper which is easily
understanding for children, she is hard to do it.
So for this case,
it tells us that not everyone who speaks English well should be good at his/her
reading or writing.
