責任保險
travel responsibility insurance
一、旅行業管理規則第 53 條旅行業舉辦團體旅遊、個別旅客旅遊及辦理接待國外、香港、澳門或大陸地區觀光團體旅客旅遊業務，應投保責任保險，其投保最低金額及範圍至少如下：
I. according to the
fifty-third sentence of the rule of travel agency managing that the tour
agencies should take the responsibility insurance for their business items as
holding group tours or individual tours and serving the tourist from foreign
countries, hong kong, macao, and another china regions which the minimum
insurance fees and its ranges is below:
(1) 每一旅客意外死亡新臺幣二百萬元。
(I) two million
NTdollars for each one person died by accident.
(2) 每一旅客因意外事故所致體傷之醫療費用新臺幣三萬元。
(II) thirty
thousand NTdollars medical compension for each one person injuried by
accident.
(3) 旅客家屬前往海外或來中華民國處理善後所必需支出之費用新臺幣十萬元；國內旅遊善後處理費用新臺幣五萬元。
(III) the necessary
expanse one hundred thousand NTdollars for each family of tourists for handling
the incident to going the incident spot; in native country the payment is fifty
thousand NTdollars.
(4) 每一旅客證件遺失之損害賠償費用新臺幣二千元。旅行業辦理旅客出國及國內旅遊業務，應投保履約保證保險
(IV) the compension
of damaged document of tourists is two thousand NTdollars for each person.

the insurance for safety contract quaranteed.
